In Boise, of all places, lawyers squabble over BP spill claims lawsuits

"This must be the biggest thing to hit Idaho since 'Napoleon Dynamite.'" —a lawyer in Boise, ID, 1,500 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, where many lawyers have gathered to "argue about the fate of hundreds of federal lawsuits related to the oil spill."

There's a million (no kidding) of them. Killing 1500 would hardly make a dent. They're probably surrounded by slaves that don't deserve to die themselves.

Do I understand the above comments correctly? You all would like to get rid of the lawyers suing BP and the others responsible for the spill? You don't think it's a good thing to hold companies financially responsible for the damage they cause?

The biggest thing to hit Idaho since Napoleon Dynamite? And here I sit, thinking that hosting the World Special Olympics games was pretty big. Apparently I was wrong.

I bet half these lawyers will love it here and decide to relocate. If they were only doctors or teachers, we would be set.
